Let’s begin with what led me to study Nutritional therapy in the first place. CANDIDA baby, my one and only nemesis!

I cannot accurately say how many times in the past 20 years I have had thrush/Gut Dysbiosis (Gastritis) and reflux (indigestion) but I can promise you it is more times than I would like to recount.

Skip forward 20 years of modern medication/antibiotics/doctors’ visits – I still suffered. The last 3 years I have been studying Nutritional Therapy, physiology and nutrition – and the roles they play with each other. I realised one very important thing! Dysbiosis of almost any kind starts in your gut – no matter how healthy you think you are – some of us unlucky ones are just genetically predisposed to Candida Overgrowth and low stomach acid (hypochloridia).
